Masada Picture Cars – Lon Lucini
In his role as Art Director on Television shows and Props Master on large scale films Lon's duties have involved taking charge of teams of carpenters, model makers, set dressers and props buyers, co-ordinating the set up, maintenance and striking of sets, all within time and budgetary constraints plus the making and procurement of props.
Production meetings are standard procedure in his work and he prides himself on his ability to communicate effectively with a large cross section of individuals ranging from Producers and Directors to Heads of Departments and floor staff.
Lon has also been responsible for all O.H&S. procedures relating to the set up, observation and maintenance of workshops, spray booths, offices and general work areas.
Changes in scheduling due to equipment failure, inclement weather, sickness, etc., are frequent and out of the blue in the film industry, necessitating prioritisation, flexibility and the ability to implement very fast, smooth changes, generally under enormous pressure – something Lon has extensive experience with.

Masada Picture Cars – Jason Chapman
Jason has extensive experience in the automotive repair industry, having worked in, managed and owned smash repair shops for over 15 years.
He has been an MTA Committee member since 2004.
Jason is also Managing Director of Masada Prestige Paint and Panel and Epsom Smash Repairs.
Masada Picture Cars – Dion Holden
Dion has considerable industry experience, having been trained as a mechanic, in auto-electrical work, smash repair and completed an apprenticeship in automotive spray-painting.
When on set, he is qualified to perform immediate mechanical, (auto) electrical and smash repair (or smashing) work.
Dion is available 24 hours, 7 days to Masada Picture Car clients if repair or preparatory work is required.
